  4. LeaseCalc, hereafter referred to as LC, was written in Microsoft 
  5. Visual Basic 1.0, and therefore requires the freely distributed
  6. file VBRUN100.DLL (see your local Bulletin Board) to be located
  7. in your Windows directory.

  9. LeaseCalc requires Microsoft Windows 3.x.
  10.  
  11. LeaseCalc consists of LEASCALC.EXE, which you can put anywhere.
  12. Use the standard method of adding a new Program Item to a Group
  13. window to add LC to your Desktop.

  15. LC can be used to solve lease questions about interest rates, 
  16. present value, future value, monthly payments.  It can be used
  17. simply to figure out monthly payments on a purchase (set the
  18. residual value to 0).

  20. If you would like a fully functional copy, plus information about a
  21. very full featured program that calculates lease and discounted cash
  22. flows, reports, graphs, and such, then please follow the registration
  23. information displayed when you start LC.
